1 Your data protection is our concern 
  Thank you for your interest in our company and our products and we would like you to feel safe when visiting our website, also with regard to the protection of your personal data, as we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Compliance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act is a matter of course for us.
We want you to know when we collect which data and how we use them. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data protection regulations are observed both by us and by external service providers.
2 Collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of their use
2.1 Personal data
  Personal data is information about your identity. This includes e.g. B. Information such as name, address, telephone number, email address. You do not need to disclose personal data in order to use our website. In certain cases, however, we need your name and address as well as other information so that we can provide the requested services. Persons under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not request any personal data from children and young people, do not collect them and do not pass them on to third parties.
2.2 Purpose of the Personal Data
  We generally use the personal data you provide to answer your inquiries, process your orders or give you access to certain information or offers.
2.3 Earmarked Application
  We will only collect, process and use the personal data you provide online for the purposes communicated to you. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your necessary consent.
The collection of personal data and their transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information only take place within the framework of the relevant laws or if we are obliged to do so by a court decision. Our employees and the service companies commissioned by us are bound by us to secrecy and to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.
2.4 Non-personal Data that is Collected Automatically
 
When using our website, the following data is stored for organizational and technical reasons: the names of the pages accessed, the browser and operating system used, the date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files and your IP address.
We evaluate this technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes in order to be able to continuously optimize our website and make our website even more attractive. This anonymous data is stored separately from personal information on secure systems and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about an individual person. Your personal data and your privacy are therefore protected at all times.
2.5 When Contacting us by Email or Using Our Contact Form
  The data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent. So that we know, who sent the request and to be able to answer it, we ask for the following information:
  • Address
  • First Name, Surname
  • Contact Details (phone and/or email)
When you contact us, we will save your details to process the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. We only save and use other personal data if you consent to this or if this is legally permissible without special consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with, at the latest automatically after 6 months, provided you do not agree to the further storage and an order is not placed.
2.6 Profiling
  There is no automated decision-making (profiling) based on the personal data collected.
3 Non-personal data that is collected automatically
 
In principle, we only use your personal data within our company.
If and to the extent that we involve third parties in the performance of contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), this personal data is only received to the extent that the transmission is necessary for the corresponding service (e.g. the delivery address).
In the event that we outsource certain parts of the data processing ("order processing"), we oblige processors by means of an order processing contract to only use personal data in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subject.
A data transfer of personal data to bodies or persons outside the EU does not take place and is not planned. An exception is the playback of YouTube videos (see point 5.2).
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. B GDPR is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
4 Cookies and Web-Tracking
 
In order to make our website user-friendly and to adapt it optimally to your needs, we use cookies in some areas. "Cookies" are small text files that are stored locally on your computer's hard drive and are kept available for later retrieval and make it easier to use our online offers. After you have finished your visit and closed the internet browser you are using, cookies are automatically deleted.

4.1 Google Analytics
  This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "Cookies". The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of Arlberg Resort Biberkopf GmbH, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide Arlberg Resort Biberkopf GmbH with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

4.2 Youtube
 
On our website, you have the option of playing YouTube videos that are stored on http://www.youtube.com. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google LLC. The videos on our site are all integrated in the "extended data protection mode", i. H. that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned below be transferred. Pfeifer marketing has no influence on this. By playing the video, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website.
The following data is transmitted:

This happens regardless of whether you have a YouTube user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged into Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. The legal basis for processing users' personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
The integration of the videos on our website serves to make them clearer for the user, to increase the search engine ranking on Google and to refer more specifically to our specially produced videos. YouTube stores your data as a user profile and uses it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and, if necessary, to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.
If you do not want the assignment to your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. You also have the right to object to your usage profile being recorded on YouTube.

5 Additive + Newsletter
  On our website you have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. For the subscription we need your email address and your consent to receive our newsletter. To provide you with relevant information we also gather and process voluntary information concerning interests, name, date of birth and country/region of origin. After signing up for our newsletter you will receive an email containing a link to confirm the subscription.
Your subscription can be cancelled any time by clicking on the cancellation link in the respective newsletter.
To process your subscriptions and to send our newsletters we use software provided by ADDITIVE s.n.c., 39011 Lana (BZ), Italy ("ADDITIVE"). Through the use of these services and systems your data will be processed and stored, at least in part, also outside of the EU or the EEC. The adequate level of data protection is based on an adequacy decision taken by the European Commission ("Privacy Shield") or on data processing agreements.
6 Additive + Marketing Cloud
  In order to increase customer loyalty and to sell our services and additional services we use software provided by ADDITIVE s.n.c., 39011 Lana (BZ), Italy ("ADDITIVE"). Therefore your data, which we gather and process in connection with your request, reservation, order, activation, registration or the transmission of other contact forms on our website, will be analysed and used to provide you with automatically generated offers for our services and additional services. Through the use of these services and systems your data will be processed and stored, at least in part, also outside of the EU or the EEC. The adequate level of data protection is based on an adequacy decision taken by the European Commission ("Privacy Shield") or on data processing agreements. You can deny the use of your data for this purpose anytime by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the respective message. The data processing takes place in accordance with the requirements of art. 6 para. 1 lit f (legitimate interests) of the GDPR. Our objective in accordance with the GDPR (legitimate interests) is the prevention of competitive disadvantages, the increase in brand awareness and the maximisation of our economic success through an optimal use of the acquired contacts.
7 Security
  We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All of our employees and all third parties involved in data processing are obliged to comply with the Federal Data Protection Act and the confidential handling of personal data.
Our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments.
8 Topicality and Changes to this Data Protection Declaration
  This data protection declaration is currently valid and was last updated in May 2018.
We reserve the right to change our security and data protection measures insofar as this becomes necessary due to technical developments. In these cases, we will also adapt our information on data protection accordingly. Please therefore note the current version of our data protection declaration.
