Every Thursday from 6 PM

 
It's getting hot. Every Thursday we host a BBQ night for our house guests as well as external guests. When the weather is nice, the evening is held outdoors in front of our Biberia and when the weather is bad, we invite you to our show cooking area in the Bibers restaurant.
 
The selection offers a salad and appetizer buffet, fish and meat as well as vegetarian dishes.
 
Price: 48€ per person for external guests

Exclusive show cooking, the best ingredients and extraordinary creations. Alpine delights meet mediterranean influences. This is the Chef's Table at the Biberkopf. Watch our kitchen team at work, ask questions and learn about the ingredients and techniques behind the dishes. Turn your evening into an unforgettable experience. A fitting wine pairing can be booked in addition.

Cocktails und Drinks im Restaurant Bibers in Warth

Chef Philip Lochmann

It all started in a small guest house in South Tyrol. A passion started forming, that Philip Lochmann - after several 5 star hotels, including the Burj al Arab - now fully explores at the Berghotel Biberkopf.
 
Here he combines his knowledge of Mediterranean, French and Asian cuisine with quality products from the region. His creations and combinations seem to work fantastically. With 13 out of 20 points, Philip Lochmann recently got awarded with two Gault&Millau toques.
 
By the way: Many of the small ingredients, such as the mountain pine honey, are collected in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This is not only sustainable, but also gives every dish a very special meaning.
