Welcome to Bibers, our restaurant and bar. Our gourmet team is highly passionate about good food – we love to surprise our guests' palates with modern creations and extraordinary taste sensations. And because we want to tempt all your senses, we also created the perfect feel-good atmosphere in our innovative concept. The locals like it, too.
Chef Philip Lochmann
It all started in a small guest house in South Tyrol. A passion started forming, that Philip Lochmann - after several 5 star hotels, including the Burj al Arab - now fully explores at the Berghotel Biberkopf.
Here he combines his knowledge of Mediterranean, French and Asian cuisine with quality products from the region. His creations and combinations seem to work fantastically. With 13 out of 20 points, Philip Lochmann recently got awarded with two Gault&Millau toques.
By the way: Many of the small ingredients, such as the mountain pine honey, are collected in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This is not only sustainable, but also gives every dish a very special meaning.
